Dear Chuck and Karen,

We sincerely appreciate all the hard work and creativity that went into our beach home renovation and thank you both for your ideas, follow-through, and patience.

Chuck’s design work was so thoughtfully developed with ideas that we never even considered. The upstairs den was such a great idea, and I know we and our guests will enjoy playing games, drinking coffee, watching TV, and spending quality time together in that additional space. The new bedrooms, bathrooms and our screened deck will welcome family and friends for years to come.

Karen, thank you for all the detailed accounting for our project. Your meticulous records and information during construction were appreciated.

We couldn’t have asked for a better project manager. Mario was extremely helpful and professional, and his emails, texts, and pictures kept us abreast of all the activities on site. Communication is so important, and he really made us feel as though we were there instead of hours away. He had so many excellent suggestions, and we can’t thank him enough for the time he spent with us during our weekend visits to the house.

Gail couldn’t have completed all the finishing tasks without Katie. She is a real gem! At times, we became so overwhelmed with all the choices we needed to make, but Katie was always there to guide us in the right direction. She spent a lot of time via phone, text, and email in order to help.

The workmanship of your crew and subs created a beach house we had dreamed about for a long time. They worked so hard and did a wonderful job, and we are very thankful for their skills.
