Hatteras Drive Owner’s Suite in Bethany Beach DE

This 4th floor owner’s suite needed a transformation and the bathroom needed to be gutted. The homeowners were looking for a spa-like environment with calming details. The biggest challenge – the renovation, was on the 4th floor. Plumbing had to be perfectly placed and not disturb any of the below floors. Through painstaking planning and careful calculation, all lines and cut-ins were set before the soaker tub, shower or vanity were onsite! When the oversized soaker tub, large dual sink vanity and spacious mirrors were in place, the Zen environment really started to come to life. Then the custom heavy glass shower door and panel, brushed bronze sconces and fixtures, horizontal shiplap board, and light sky-blue paint added to the soothing feel. The new flooring textures of plush upgraded wall to wall carpet, to pseudo wood porcelain tile, to smooth medium-sized river rock in the shower completed the renovation.
