As Sea Light surveyed the beautiful vistas afforded by our client’s rear yard, we selected a palette of earthtone colors in a variety of composite materials to blend in with the natural surroundings. Solid CPVC deck boards, 2 tone CPVC railing components with drink cap, EZ Breeze coated aluminum screen frames with high strength nylon screening along with enlarging the deck space and spatial improvements exceeded our clients’ expectations. Altering the rear yard access with a color coordinated powder coated aluminum spiral staircase while tying in the materials and color patterns to the ground floor entry vestibules synergized the completed new spaces with the natural surroundings. Removal of the existing spiral staircase while adding upper rails achieved the roof deck privacy desired. Moreover, the no-maintenance durable nature of all selected materials expertly installed delighted our clients to no end.
